Posted .Sorry to disappoint with the lack of an included screen protector with the Defender Series Pro XT case. Although an integrated screen protector was a longstanding feature of our standard Defender Series, with the exception of the model for iPhone SE/8/7, we actually moved away from the design back in 2017 in favor of direct interaction with the device display while still leaving open the option for use of a glass piece.
We do make a few screen protectors for the iPhone 14 and iPhone 13 that can be paired with the case for extra security, so definitely check those out online. And give us a call at 1-855-688-7269 with any questions and we'll always be happy to talk shop!

Case doesn't cover phone damage...

If anything goes wrong with the phone, OtterBox will ONLY replace the case. If you drop your phone and the phone breaks? Oh well... YOU get to pay for the phone repair. OtterBox is definitely selling a false sense of security

While we design our cases to minimize the risk of damage, there are variables that can influence the outcome of any drop or fall that we're unable to prevent. However, we can't extend our warranty to the device itself, as we aren't the manufacturer. We'd be more than happy to help with a brand new case though. Sleek but protective

I love that the charging port is covered and protected from dirt. My phone was not damaged at all on a 2 week bikepacking trip, and I’ll continue using this in my everyday life. I like that the texture of the case is non-slip. The case wasn’t hard to put on, I just used the Otterbox video as a guide.

Expensive but Protective with Good Looks

Very protective - The phone has survived several 5 - 6 foot falls with no damage whatsoever. Solid and a nice tight fit. Great grip in hand without being “sticky” in a pocket. Getting the bezel on can be a pain as others have noted but I used the corner of a credit card and was able to zip it on fairly easily. Still, is not a case for those who like to pop their phone in and out frequently. However, with the clear/black version, the color of the phone comes through very nicely. A nice touch is that the bezel is clear too so one can see the outline color of the device from the front - at least on my red iPhone 14.

I only use Otterbox and they do an excellent job protecting my phone from scratches and breaking. I am always dropping my phone and have not had any issues when using Otterbox. Pricey but I don't mind the cost. Difficult to get the case on. Had tech from Bestbuy put it on and he had a hard time as well.
