Posted .Ugh. Yes, definitely a mismatch between device and case with this one. This specific Defender Series Pro XT case will only be compatible with the iPhone 14 Plus rather than the iPhone 14 Pro Max you're looking to cover.
Although the two devices share similar external dimensions, the backside cameras are completely different, so we have a distinct case for each. Hopefully you've already been able to work with Best Buy on an exchange for the correct unit. I’d give it 5 stars but…

Demonstrator installed it in like 30 seconds. Took me 10 minutes and I felt stupid - until I saw other YouTube videos that said wasn’t easy and it took them 5 or 10 or 30 minutes and all actually explained how to do it. Great case; ridiculous to set up.
