A lot of times it's hard to get a case on a phone. I've had plenty of Otterbox cases. With this one, it's simply not happening. Or at least, I've messed around with my new expensive phone as much as I'm going to. So now I have to return a phone case for the dumbest reason ever - it will NOT fit on my phone, starting from any side, trying to flex the case to fit the lip over the phone, etc. It's not even close.

Posted .You obviously shouldn't have to work that hard to get your new iPhone 14 Pro Max into the Defender Series Pro XT case, and we're sorry that you've had such discouraging experience. Is it after the device is set into the backside piece that you're having trouble getting the front lid into place?
