Otterbox designs our cases according to the Apple Design Guidelines and our products are tested across a large number of charging products, while we do not have specific information on your specific vehicle's charging pad, if they follow the Apple specs, all OtterBox MagSafe cases will work with it. However, if it does not have magnets in it, the alignment will be more difficult which will impact the charging performance.

Back of my phone still shattered and it was barley even dropped. I would stick with the standard otterboxes. Very hard to get off your phone as well.

A lot of times it's hard to get a case on a phone. I've had plenty of Otterbox cases. With this one, it's simply not happening. Or at least, I've messed around with my new expensive phone as much as I'm going to. So now I have to return a phone case for the dumbest reason ever - it will NOT fit on my phone, starting from any side, trying to flex the case to fit the lip over the phone, etc. It's not even close.

Is it after the device is set into the backside piece that you're having trouble getting the front lid into place?
