Pros: Protects your investment Cons: HEAVY, BULKY, dust gets in odd places and requires cleaning. I loved the security that this case provides. But I dropped it and the plastic cover/stand (not the rubber body) broke into pieces rendering this case less useful without a stand.

I am a loyal user of OtterBox and this case for my Ipad Pro is no exception. Yes, it is bulky and makes the Ipad Pro more heavier but I feel secure in knowing that my investment is protected. I also love the fact that the otter case acts as a stand which is an added plus. Just wish there were more colors besides black.

Have used an otter box on my IPhones for a couple of years. Dropped it out of a truck once and it protected it perfect. Figured if it could protect a phone it could protect an IPad. Haven't had an accident with it yet but have confidence it will protect it. Definitely a great investment to protect anything.

Otter box has another great product here. It is simple to install and really protects an iPad. I truly feel my iPad is protected. Also love being able to use the cover to prop up my iPad.

I really like it for protection but makes my iPad a little bulky. Great quality.

I ended up purchasing this for my iPad Pro since I was using it for my sheet music library for performances in wind ensembles. I also let my kids use it to read books from time to time and there are always an accident here and there. This case has protected my iPad Pro and never had an issue with damage. I am not always thrilled with the included screen protector, but it just the design to keep everything safe. I will buy this again when it comes time to upgrade!

I got this case because it would protect the iPad, my ultimate investment. I can draw with the case, but I think I will cut the screen out because the reason why I got the iPad Pro was to be able to digitally draw. The screen hinders the pressure Sensitivity feature of the iPad . One other negative factor is that the otterbox power button didn’t align with the button on the ipad, so screenshots and turning off the iPad is difficult. I think I might have a faulty otterbox case. It all it’s a great case, but I should of tested it before I got it, because it was expensive

I take my I Pad to bed everynight. Quite often I fall asleep and I let go. I choked at the price, but decided it was an investment. Smartest move I every made. The Otter is probaby used by the Military it is called Defender. It is WORTH it.

I got my wife the 12.9 i-pad pro to replace her 5 yr old I-pad. Got the apple-care too (the battery on her old i-pad would have been $350). But apple-care has a deductible, and that is about the same as this case. Her old i-pad still looks like new due to its otter case. As does her old 6plus, and my old 6. Is it bulky? yep, just like an old volvo. and just like the old volvo, it is built like a tank and it WILL protect what is inside

Recently purchased ipad pro 12.9". The Otterbox Defender was on sale for less than $60. No brainer. It was better than expected. Totally sturdy and the outside shell cover has a dual angle pop up stand for viewing on table/desktops.

With the investment involved with an iPad Pro, you surely want to protect it from the day to day hazards. This case does that and more. My wife likes the stability when using it as a "stand". I have already seen her drop it off the couch and bed onto the hardwood floors. Protected the iPad like a champ! Only part I am not as pleased about is the iPad is not "connected" to the cover. (Knew that when I was buying it. However, it was for the wife, and she liked that feature.)

I have used Otter Box protective gear for cell phones for years. When purchasing an expensive item such as an iPad Pro 12.9, I would not have chosen any other type of protection. There are many keyboards which have sleeves or flip style cases, but none of them provides this level of pure full device protection, including hard case protection of all four corners and the large screen. The case provides a flip up clip which holds the iPad for viewing or typing with ease. Highly recommend this.

Bought this for the wife’s iPad muse to the fact she has dropped and broken two screens on here other ones. It is a bit bulky and the iPad gets a little warm but I believe it will definitely do the trick.

This case is ruggedly made. It protects my iPad very well. It had a built in stand that works decently and a pen holder in the lid. The only negative is it’s a little heavy.

This case is great for the iPad! If you have kids or just clumsy they you should definitely get this case! It’s very sturdy and tough ! It’s a little heavy but I has to be to protect 13 inch iPad

I bought this on Black Friday for a great price. The protection is awesome! Within one week it fell from the top of my bed that is about 3’ High. Nothing happened to it. Completely happy with it.

Pros looks VERY durable, holds iPen Cons touch screen won’t work well if you have a tempered glass screen cover, it’s pretty heavy and won’t work with my iPad holder (Octa spider-monkey) because of the extra weight, also I couldn’t find a keyboard made for the case either If I could keep the tempered glass screen protector on I would keep this but it’s just not functional with it and that’s a must for me

Was not sure if I wanted this case because it covers the the screen and woundered if it would hinder using the drawing apps. One main reason for the iPad Pro. But I used it and seems to work just fine with my drawing app. As far as protection the whole iPad is definitely protected. I dont’ Mind my 5 year old handling this over the hard floors.
