IT IS OK BUT NOT A LIFEPROOF CASE

Because my iPad Pro goes everywhere with, I decided to go with a LIFEPROOF case. If you are going to spend the money for the IPad Pro, I say get a Lifeproof case. I would recommend until you can get a life proof case.

I have had only one issue and that was when it failed to protect my iPhone 8 Plus and the back of the phone shattered. It did keep it together enough until I could get the phone replaced.

The many angles allow for versatility and document reading at vertually every angle. I only wish that it was a water proof case. Now I use my iPad more than I use my lap top, I would say about 95% of the time.

The extra layers on the Defender series add a lot in terms of protection, but we certainly understand that this makes the case a lot larger than usual. We do have a couple of slimmer OtterBox case styles for that specific device, such as the Symmetry series, which we would recommend checking out! Has different commands than usual but still great

Not happy about power cord change. Some new features and commands take a little to get used to. Very happy with screen size.

Overall, I love it, and the place for the Apple Pencil, and the multi screen position capabilities work well.

Not impressed with this product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased 2 of these and found that the screen sensitivity wasn’t comparable to other versions that otter box sold. We returned the product and even the new product the screen sensitivity was poor. I had to purchase glass screens and replace the screens that came with the Otterbox product. Until they fix sensitivity of the screen included with this product I wouldn’t recommend the version as it is out of the box.

Had you contacted us, we would have been more than happy to set you up with some troubleshooting tips, or even a warranty replacement. Removing any part of the case can jeopardize the protective integrity of the unit, as well as void the warranty; however, our friendly Otters would still love to see you to use the product as originally intended.
