We're terribly sorry that this rubber silicone is having trouble hugging the rest of the case snugly! This is definitely strange, since normally the pieces of our Defender case are the best of friends. Please feel welcome to call our friendly Otters at 1-855-688-7269, and they'll set you up with a warranty claim right away. You'll have a tight new rubber slipcover on that case before you know it!
