Since this was for my daughter's family to use with toddlers in tow, it was not feasible to stop and remove the outer cover to take a photo each time. Some reviews said you could drill a hole into the case cover, but for the money, I felt the hole should already be part of the design!

I love the full protection along with the slimmer design. The case does add a bit ore weight to the Pro but still not as much as the previous versions did. The addition to hold the Apple Pen in the cover is a very welcomed addition as well!

I can "yes" to if I would recommend it if the person is concerned about protection but if the can handle the weight then it's good.
