We apologize that this Defender series didn't end up standing the test of time! This definitely does not sound like the long-lasting protection that we expect from this product, but not to worry - our awesome Otters will be happy to hook her up with a brand-new replacement. All she has to do is give them a call at 1-855-688-7269, and they'll launch a warranty claim right away!
