The Otterbox Defender provides great protection for the Ipad 3rd gen. The installation was very easy.

When it comes to protecting my iPhones and iPads I instinctively think of Otterbox. We have used them on several products in the past and have had good experiences for the most part. The cases themselves can take a beating and keep what you have inside safe and intact. The only issue Ive had is the holsters on the iPhones like to break. Fortunately Otterbox has great customer service and stands behind their products. The only issue I have with this particular one is the outer rubber esque layer. It fits just a tad too tight and doesn't completely fit into the grooves on one of the edges. It's not terrible, just feel that for the price it should fit a little better.

I enjoyed the case so much its a lifesaver when you have children that like to throw things around it save the iPads life i really enjoy it and will be getting one but for my cell phone

The Otterbox has been a very good product. At first I thought it was bulky, but after I got use to it, it really has been a non issue. I would recommend this product.
