    I had to have someone else put this together, and then there was a spot of dirt inside the screen protector. I'm usually good at putting things together. I do like the hard shell, though.

    The otterbox worked well until my granddaughter got hold of it. The cover was easily torn and eventually fell off. I actually happier without it.

    This is the second time I went back to my store for a portable Wireless modem. Twice I was instructed by a different staff member on what to buy and twice they were wrong.
