To remove the PopTop, simply press the Top down into the case and twist (Similar to a pill bottle) and you should feel that unlock. I got my new phone for Christmas and the back screen which is fully “protected” is already broken. The center of the break is just to the side of where the opening for the camera is. I haven’t broken a phone in 8 years. Not to mention the case is incredibly difficult to take off once on the phone. Really dissatisfied with this product and won’t buy anything from otterbox again.
