The pop socket feature makes my phone so much easier to use while still protecting my phone from damage!

I drop my phone...a lot...it is protected it well and isn’t too bulky!

Nice sturdy case. Love the built in pop socket feature! Much less bulky than my last case.

Overall I like the case.. it was hard to get it on.. I almost returned it but the lady at customer service popped my phone in! It’s very easy to change pop tops! And the case give great drop protection!

Great case for protection and the built in POP handle is lower profile.

the Pop button in back is really made for smaller hands - hard for a man with average size hands to use/fit comfortably. And limits your movement on the keyboard you can't use to text with the same/one hand. ALSO - the wireless charge stand will not work with this phone - the back & Pop is too thick - keeping the phone too far away from the charging base when you rest it in the stand. Best Buy rep in the store said "Ya I've heard that doesn't work too well." RETURNED!

This is my second symmetry case first one was clear with a pop socket I put on, this case feels a little more flexible to aid in removing phone but still kind of a pain. I liked the idea of the integrated pop socket to not get caught on things but all they did was make the case bump out, which would be fine if the pop socket was taller to compensate for this bump. If you have larger hands/fingers this pop socket won’t be as comfortable as a standard case with an added pop socket. Not sure I’d buy again.

Great case and very neat and sleek! Just what I was looking for in an iPhone case and the pop socket is a added bonus….. Love it

This case provides all of the protection that I would expect out of an Otter Box product, but it seems improved over previous products. The case is smother and the side buttons are easier to use. The “Pop” our knob is great for propping the phone up for watching videos while traveling on planes. Very solidly built.

I got this case hoping the integrated Pop Socket wouldn't be as obtrusive as a stick-on one. It generally does, but using mounts and holders can be difficult,

I read the other negative reviews but I wanted to try this case out in case I might actually like it. I hated it immediately as soon as I tried it on my iPhone. It does work as a kickstand but it’s not very stable. Tapping the corner of the screen or bumping the table will knock this thing backwards on its behind. I like that the pop socket can sit somewhat flush when not in use, but once the pop socket is fully extended, your fingers can’t utilize the entire length of the socket because the bottom segment is in the recessed area where your fingers can’t wrap around. That’s the trade off with having the socket sit flush with the case. Finally, the other flaw of the off center design means that everything will be top heavy and unbalanced when laying the phone flat on the table. The phone lays at an angle with the top of the phone touching the table with the bottom sitting off the table. It’s a seesaw effect. If this case was $15 I can forgive some of the flaws, but for around $60, Otterbox fails with this design.

Liked the case and concept but the case was just too thick to fit in my holster in my car so I had to go with the standard Otterbox.

Rest of the family has added pop socket to all their cases and holders in car. But I have to keep my phone in my suit jacket during the day and pop socket catches on pocket. Bought this case as it has an integrated Pop socket. WORKS GREAT!

I love popsockets but the stickiness wears out eventually and becomes useless, unless you can find a replacement sticky backing thing. This however is attached to the phone so I don’t have to worry about it anymore. Plus this has the interchangeable pop socket tops so I can still customize the case since it’s not a clear case. I only gave it 4 stars because I wish Otterbox made a clear case version of this. Other than that, it’s still great.

I like the innovation of this its really nice only flaw is it does not work with a wireless charger

I was super excited to buy this case for my phone as I don't like the Pops as sticky add-ons to the iPhone. However, there is a critical flaw in the design of the case. The location of the Pop is off center and this leads to some poor use case scenarios. The primary one being that if you buy a Pop anchor to set this case into and attach it in the car, any turns you make will cause the phone to rotate into an upside down position. It simply will not stay up straight. This is a serious design flaw and makes purchasing this case a bad idea. Maybe if you're using one of the sticky Pop anchors on the wall next to an outlet it will be ok, but do not buy this if you intend to anchor it in your car or you will be sorely disappointed. For $60.00 Otterbox should have seen this coming. What a shame, I really wanted it to work.

Bought this for my iPhone 11 Pro and I am more than pleased with it. It is easy to change the pop socket out and will charge on the wireless charger when the pop socket is taken off. Definitely would recommend!

Unlike other OtterBox cases I've bought for my grandkids, this one is thin which is what my grandson liked and still quite protective, which is what I like. Overall, a very nice case and good price.

a bit expensive for a case, but def worth the value. Easy to hold with the pop socket and easy to remove if you didnt want it. Still charges via qi chargers and durable enough to keep device protected. Worked well with the current screen protector also.

Easily fit on my phone for added protection. The pop socket is a plus!
