I only took a star off because of the price... it's too much, IMO, but I love the case! Having the Pop grip for convenience is nice, and the fact that it's recessed when closed is a MUST for slipping the phone into a pocket! All in all it's a win, but I suggest waiting for a sale, like I did. All of the buttons well, and maintain a nice tactile click. In some ways, IMO, it upgrades the feel of the iPhone buttons even. User take note: you do have to remove the pop grip to wirelessly charge, but it takes mere seconds, and it's nice to know that you can swap in a grip for your own personal style, or alternate between several if you choose.

The case is a good Otter box case which does a good job protecting the phone. The down side is the case is too thick for the wireless charging to work (depending on the charger). If you utilize a wireless charger, it might not work after putting this case on.

This case is good, solid protection but it is fairly bulky, as to be expected. The Pop-socket part of the case works exactly as expected. I just wish the back of the case was a little slimmer profile.

Love that the pop socket is swappable, but the wireless charging is hit and miss without the pop socket on. The charging pad has to be perfectly oversized with this case to get a good charge. This case also makes the pop socket accessories hang your phone at a different angle due to the lip around the pop socket (pop mount). No deal breakers but minor annoyances for sure.

So, I have been a Lifeproof case user for as long as I can remember. But the guy at Best Buy said that otterbox bought out Lifeproof. So, I needed a case and this is the one I went with. I love it! I’ve dropped it several times even in parking lots. My phones fine and not even a scratch on the case. The built in pop socket is a great, convenient bonus!

LOVE the built in pop - the case slides in and out of pockets with ease while still being able to be easily and comfortably held. I appreciate the OtterBox brand for the protection without adding a lot of bulk.

This case with the built in swappable pop socket is a great option for 11 pro The Popsocket is super helpful and the bonus is you can change just the pop without changing the whole case. The protection the case provides is just what you expect from OtterBox .

We usually buy Apple made cases for the most part but decided to try the Otter Box this time and the unfortunate part about it is not being able to charge it on our car Qi charger. We normally have to take this case off to charge it and that gets really annoying so we are still looking for one that can charge with out having to take the case off...

This is a high quality case. I’ve dropped my phone, accidentally, numerous times. The phone didn’t crack! The case held up just fine. The pop socket makes holding the phone easy, since IPhones are so slippery..

I love that the pop socket is actually built in to the back of the case. I asked the salesman if it would be compatible with a wireless charger since the back is flat. He assured me it would work, however, it does not which is the only reason I purchased this case. I guess it was too good to be true.

This phone case is a fair deal and makes a worthwhile investment for the longevity of your device with the versatility of PopSocket functionality. At a glance, I appreciate how sleek the phone case looks. It has a simple design that is completely black. Even though the PopSocket on the back is a large circle, I do not find it strange. The design with the PopSocket contributes to a basic yet flattering appearance. This phone case's main disadvantages are that it adds a bit more thickness to your phone than slim cases, and holding the phone case with the PopSocket collapsed can feel risky to slipping out of grip and being dropped due to the rear material texture. The OtterPop phone case's best strengths are the integration of the PopSocket into the case design (which includes all the benefits of owning a PopSocket) and the protection of an Otterbox Symmetry case. While collapsing the PopSocket does not make the PopSocket completely flush with the back of the phone case, it is still flatter than collapsing a regular PopSocket adhered onto an ordinary phone case. The flexibility to remove and reapply the PopSocket is lost since the case has a designated installation spot for the PopSocket, but that also means you do not need to deal with that adhesive attachment altogether or worry about perfectly centering your PopSocket (if you prefer it that way like me). The material of the matte polycarbonate is slippery, but I am OK with that since if it were entirely synthetic rubber, the phone case would be difficult to slip in and out of my pocket, as the texture makes the case more easily stash-able and retrievable. Otterbox and PopSockets collaborating is a genius partnership. With this phone case, I am able to have the reliability of Otterbox protection and convenience of PopSocket stability.

So slim that it easily goes in pocket. The pop socket is recessed so it doesn’t get caught on stuff and lays almost flat on a table. Haven’t been able to get it to wireless charge, but not a big deal for me.

Bought several Otterboxes over the years. Was always satisfied with all of them. What attracted me to this one was the pop-up. Unfortunately the case works only with some wireless chargers, most wireless charges do not work with this OtterBox. The regular sale price is too high. Only worth maybe half the price. Would not buy it again.

Good case with pop up to hold it more secure, but on the iPhone 11 Pro model the pop up is not centered. This causes the case to rest uneven on a table/counter and does not allow for wireless charging. This was not an issue for the iPhone X model case since the pop up was centered on the back of the phone.

One of the best cases I’ve ever had on my iPhone X. Absolutely loved it. Yet on my new iPhone 11 Pro, I like it but I don’t love it. Wireless charging requires me to remove the pop socket from it for it to work. Other than that fantastic case.

Bought this for my wife. She likes the color and the grip. Our son has thrown the phone several times with the case on and no damage, I guess that means it works well.

Great fit, not too bulky, pop socket is convient. No protection for the screen, but I got a glass screen protector soooo...

Unique and convenient Pop up holder. The time will said about quality but, for now seems as a great product.
