Excellent iPhone case! Fortunately.. I had help from a Best Buy Employee who was extremely knowledgeable regarding all of the phone case/covers. He located several that would work for me and went over each one in detail. This OtterBox that I selected is very nice and sturdy and attractive.

9 year old hasn’t ruined it yet. Was afraid the pop socket would come off

My son ordered us 2 new iPhones and accessories. We were turning in our old phones for a credit. We ask for curbside pickup and it was on the order. When I arrived I went into the store as there was no one on the curb. I was directed to store pick up where I picked up my order. I was then directed to the Mobil phone area as I was told I had to return the phones for a rebate. When I approached there were several techs gathered. Two were helping the customers and the others dispersed thru the store. One tech put my name in the que and I waited. As I waited a tech came up and asked if I needed assist. I explained I was returning old phones and he said he couldn’t help but did get me a chair as I had been there 30 minutes. In another 5 minutes the one tech assisting a person, finished and walked away leaving one tech. When the tech was done about 5 more minutes I sat and he started the process of returning my old phones for credit. He was having difficulty and other techs and I think a manager came over to help then disappeared. Ne person had to return twice to assist as the codes on the new phones were not recording on the computer. We are now over 45 minutes! I did recommend to the tech that they approved curbside pickup but in the future should tell the customer when ordered on line for curbside it’s not curbside at all. I was also annoyed that several employees would hover in the station then leave like they had nothing better to do and it was the hangout spot. The other tech never reappeared and that left 3 stations empty and there was at least one customer waiting. Would probably just go to The iPhone store in the future.

Fell and broke my unprotected phone! Bought a new phone and the Otterbox to protect it!!
