I was looking for solid and reliable case for iPhone XS Max. OtterBox + Pop Symmetry Series Case for Apple® iPhone® XS Max - Black is an excellent solution. I have been using Otterbox products for many years and always check their products first for phone cases before looking any other manufacturers. Installation is quick and easy. The phone fitted perfectly into the case without any issues. It is a great case and very easy to holding the case along with phone. I was able to use all features of the phone with case like taking pictures, adjusting volume etc. I was using clear case for long time and started using Otterbox cases for expensive phones like iPhone XS Max. I have ordered two more cases for my spouse and son. Using the Pop Grip as a kickstand is limited to horizontal position only. Polycarbonate and synthetic rubber exterior make this case very stylish look and durable. I have been using wireless charging option for iPhones. I tried with case and it is working without any issues. There are few instances my phone dropped on the solid floor and nothing happened due to this case. It protects the phone really well to avoid any damages. I highly recommend this case to anyone who are looking to protect their expensive iPhone XS Max.

I had this for my XS Max. Great case but the pop feature is garbage. It rarely worked right. The case though is top notch but the main reason I bought the case was for the pop feature to hold up my phone.

Great case. Light weight but still protects your phone

The pop is a waste especially if you start playing with it. It detached pretty easy and I almost lost it. I haven’t dropped it yet but the protection feels pretty good. When I drop it I’ll write another review.

I had a normal popsocket on my regular Otterbox Symmetry case that kept coming off. It was extremely annoying, mainly since I use the popsocket car vent mount. This case has solved all of my previous issues. It is not much larger than the symmetry case, but it did take some getting used to. All in all, I love it.

Perfect for the daily use. I know this case will last longer then 6 months. I have used several different brands and they always mess up with in months. I have confidence this will last at least a year. I will only have to purchase a new case if I just want a different look. Not be forced into buying one.

It’s a really good case. The only gripe I have is that you have to pop the pop socket out to mount it with the pop mounts. Makes it kind of unstable. Wireless charging still works great.

This is an awesome case and I hated that I couldn’t really use the Popsocket feature. I have medium sized hands, so I thought it wouldn’t be an issue, however, it was hard to cram my fingers in between the case and the Popsocket since there is a recess in the case to make the PS more flush when it’s collapsed. That recess shortens from the “stem” of the PS, making it hard to squeeze my fingers in there. Anyway, if you’re a kid or have dainty hands, this is the case for you. If you have medium to large hands, then you may want to pass.

This has been my main case since purchase. The only complaint is that the roundness of the case makes the pop socket more tight on the fingers which some people may like better.

It’s great except the pop socket closes on its own sometimes because it slips since it is a slick material like the case. Perhaps the pop socket should be plastic or a material that isn’t slippery

Like a lot of people, I use my phone A LOT and at the most random times. When I discovered the Otter Box Pop Symmetry Case (I’ll refer to it as Otter Pop) I was hesitant about how durable it would be. Putting on the Otter Pop case is easy and doesn’t require and snapping together pieces. The case is a thin fit that doesn’t have any pocket bulk which is important to me. My skepticism about the advantages of the Otter Pop case dissolved when I really used the PopGrip feature. I use my phone camera often and there have been times where the phone has slipped in my hand just enough to ruin the shot. With the PopGrip, I discovered the pull-out grip actually makes a difference for a steady recording or photo. Another advantage of the Otter Pop case is that when I do my daily run, I feel that I have a better hold on my phone as I listen to music. Using the Pop Grip as a kickstand is limited to only the horizontal position and you must make sure that the grip is fully extended. If you’re expecting to have a vertical stand option, you won’t find that with the Otter Pop case. The PopGrip is about the personal touch for each owner and the Otter Pop case allows you to switch the PopGrip easily. I mention this because I was afraid that changing the grip would be difficult. It wasn’t. With a slight turn, the grip is removed and you can just as easily install a new one. Once the PopGrip fits in, it’s secure and you don’t have to worry about it accidentally detaching itself and having your phone fall to the ground. Once it is locked, it’s locked. There’s nothing else included with this case. There’s not a screen protector and there’s no Pop Socket car grip. They are sold separately. Overall, I am really impressed with how practical the Otter Pop Symmetry Case really is.
