The main issue is the placement of the pop socket on the back. For some reason, it isn’t in the exact center of the phone; it’s just below center. This causes the whole thing to tip over easily while using it as a stand, if you don’t have the phone laying on a completely flat & non-tilted surface. I’ve used pop sockets before, & this is the first time I’ve had it built into the case. This is also the first time I’ve had this issue. From what I can tell, there’s no reason why Otterbox couldn’t have put it in the exact center of the case. It wouldn’t have interfered with the placement of the opening for the cameras & flash.

When using the PopTop as a stand we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out, then pushing down one side. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone.
