I loved the idea of the case but the second tried it I knew it wasn't for me. The recessed pop socket is great because it gives it a clean look but i couldn't fit my fingers underneath it making it useless.

I've been a fan of OtterBox for years. I know you can find phone cases online for a 1/4 of the cost. But when protecting a $1,000+ phone I trust OtterBox for my phones needs and Ipads. This case is light weight and has a pop symmetry built in. That's interchangeable simply push it closed and twist and it comes off. No one time use adhesive here. So any time you want a new look you can change it out in less an minute. If you never used a pop symmetry before they are very useful. Giving you a secure grip on your phone. Making it easier to hold. And when closed the pop symmetry is actually in bedded in to the case some making it thinner than the ones you just add to the back of any case. So it fits in pockets a little better.

Older Otter cases were always too bulky for my pocket and having a pop-up grip was always out of the question adding to the thickness of the case. Now we have the best of both worlds. Otter+Pop Symmetry case is sleeker in profile fitting the phone perfectly and adding the retractable PopGrip makes this the perfect case. The case is made of polycarbonate synthetic rubber that provides ample impact protection and is also compatible with wireless charging systems.so no need to take the case off. I would venture to say that this case is good for anyone currently using a phone with PopGrip or an older bulky case and see, feel the difference. This case is simply amazing to feel and use.

Thought it was the bigger otterbox case so had to buy a new one that would fit all around my phone. Decent case if you never drop your phone lol

It has problems with my pad charger, I have one at home, one in the car an another in the office. Only the one in the office worked

This was a good case. The only reason it was returned is because I was told it would work with a charging station and it did not.

I have been a fan of OtterBox for several year and this.product is no exception, as I love it. The fit on my iPhone XS is amazing and its like having a second skin. This is my first experience with a PopGrip, and I can honestly say it is so useful. I leave it in the extended position while I face-time as I use it to prop up my phone while its placed on a table top. The PopGrip also makes holding my phone easier as its more comfortable to hold while on phone calls. Its great. If you are looking for a quality product I highly recommend the OtterBox.. Give your IPhone the best protection for the money.

Otterbox is a name synonymous with phone protection. Otterbox has come out with the POPsockets version of its popular cases as the craze to add pop stands is upon us. Packaging: The packaging was simplistic and durable, was easy to pull out and get product without having to work or tear things apart. I received the black case with two pops, one black and one zebra print. Build Quality: The case fits very nicely around the iPhone X and actually doesn’t cover the screen with overbearing rubber so you won’t see scratches or any length rubbing damage. This is a lot of plastic to the case with minimal rubber. This design didn’t have any rubber sides to enhance grip. Yes, the pop helps to enhance grip but if you are pulling it out of your pocket it is slick plastic with cause to accidentally slip out. Testing I tried drop testing it from my pocket on the hardwood floor, concrete and getting out of the car. No damage to the case or phone was evident. Usage: The ports and holes were big enough to charge easily as well as to adjust the buttons as needed. The case is rather slim compared to the other Otterbox cases and has a very slim sleek look to it. Summary: If you are looking for a phone case that offers versatility in usage then the Otterbox + Pop is for you! Its stylish and offers the Otterbox protection consumers have come to know and will be my phone case moving forward!
