When I opened it was on 3bars however, despite CHARGING for hours it NEVER fully charged aka 4bars. And instructions were vague regarding how many hours to charge battery. Plus, it was heavy n bulky. Returned item.

It’s now 3 months later and it doesn’t work. I thought it was the wire but i have bought 2 brand new wires and they do the same thing and the charger disconnects. I can no longer exchange or get a refund on the charger. So i am stuck with an expensive paper weight.

I love this battery pack

This charges my phone to 100 percent. The only cons are you have to charge the battery pack for four to five hours and the battery pack is bigger than my phone. Other than that this is an excellent battery pack. I couldn't rate it four and a half stars so I rated it five.
