||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My case had two issues. One, the rocker switch for the vibrate function is really poorly designed. My first case switch did not work. My second case was better but still not great. I have to push in on the switch as I rotate it to make sure the little pieces of plastic that cradle the iphone switch engages. Now after 2.5 months the audio people on the other end of my phone calls is really bad. Complaints of echoing and dropped words and general quality is intolerable. I have to use the speakerphone for any clear conversations. I am hoping this is just another fluke flaw. I have taken the case off and put back on several times now with no quality change to the people on the other end of my calls. I will be bringing it into Best Buy for a replacement per the Otterbox 1 year warranty FAQ. Hopefully I can get a goo dcase for my third try. I really like the small form factor of the case. Maybe I can update my review after my replacement.... I would recommend to a freind as long as my cases have been the minority.
