I should have listened to the reviews saying silent switch is defective. I looked inside the case and the top of the rocker switch is broken which leads it to not working right.

Too tight - Ring/Silent switch lever doesn't work

Returned it the next day. Quick no-hassle return process from Best Buy. I got the Otterbox Symmetry instead and I'm a happy camper now.

I had a LifeProof case, but the plastic kept coming off of the edges. They replaced it once, but tells me there is a bigger issue. This case is solid and do not have to worry about things coming apart. Been happy.
