This definitely does not sound like the experience we had in mind when we released our most protective case yet! It is odd that the Pursuit series seemed to be hindering your audio - this is not typical of our products, and we apologize. On newer cases, the material for the volume buttons can be a little stiff at first, but it does normally loosen up with time and use. As for the mute ringer, the case does have to be specifically installed in order for this switch to work seamlessly with the iPhone. Had you contacted us, we would have loved to help troubleshoot these issues, but we certainly understand your decision to return the product. Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the defender series for almost $60 with tax along with my new Galaxy Note20 Ultra as a suggestion from my son however the latch on the bolster has a two tiny tooth grip to hold the phone one of them broke and cause the phone to fall which resulted in a broken screen and $400 damage. This case is not any better than the ones you get from eBay for less than $10 since I ordered one for comparison that is like a copy.
