Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the defender series for almost $60 with tax along with my new Galaxy Note20 Ultra as a suggestion from my son however the latch on the bolster has a two tiny tooth grip to hold the phone one of them broke and cause the phone to fall which resulted in a broken screen and $400 damage. This case is not any better than the ones you get from eBay for less than $10 since I ordered one for comparison that is like a copy.

I have always used lifeproof but chose this case because it was supposed to be more durable and less expensive. I don't like the opening for the battery charger on this case. It is unnecessarily large and opens along the bottom side of the case. I expect it will break soon. The clear back of the case was scratched immediately and looks ugly after a month's use. The front is open so I had to buy a glass cover for the screen.
