New isn’t always the best option

I thought new would mean awesome. It’s sorely lacking in impact and screen protection. Assembly and disassembly are simple but the product feels flimsy compared to the Defender. This could be a good case for someone with a low-key lifestyle such as an office worker, but for myself (full-time law enforcement and part-time firefighter), it’s just not nearly enough protection for a phone.
