This is a good case. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because of the opening to the vibrate button. If you want a screen protector. This case will allow you to use one. I use zagg screen protectors. I’m sure the otter box brand screen protector will work too. Be careful using a screen protector that fully covers the whole screen on the edges. This case seals around my screen protector perfect.

I know there are cheaper ones but you just can’t beat the otter. Get one.

Nice case and does the job well just a little bulky

Case is rugged and does a good job protecting the edges of the phone. Back clear plastic is very susceptible to scratches as demonstrated through just one day of use. Back surface has scratches up to 30% of area already.

I have owoned 2 of these case, one with my iPhone 7s Plus and now my iPhone XS Max. You can’t get a better case for your phone. As the saying goes “You get what you pay for” and it is worth every penny.

This is a great case for someone who wants a case better than the Commuter but doesn’t want a bulky case like the Defender. And the forward facing ports for the speakers are a nice touch.

I bought this case even though I had a defender case just because I wanted something slimmer and still gave my phone great protection. Once I got it I was really disappointed with it. The back is a thin plastic kind of like where the plastic is covering the Apple logo on the back of defender case. I feel like if I were to drop my phone just right the plastic back wouldn’t protect my phone. Also the black rubber edge is hard and feels like it wouldn’t absorb any impact of a fall. I’m only giving this product 3 stars because it’s Otterbox and it allows you to keep your nice phone look out for everyone to see even though it’s in a case. I do not think this case is worth the price tag.

I have been a customer of OtterBox for many years and through many devices. Great product and customer support and has protected my devices when dropped. Great product.

Got this on sale for my iPhone XS Max and I’m very satisfied with how well this protects my phone. I dropped my phone twice now and not even a scratch on this durable case! Love it!

I bought this case a couple days ago and so far I love it! Feels like very good quality and seems to be pretty rugged without the bulkiness. Definitely worth the high price tag!

It’s sturdy and I’ve had no problem with it for the year I’ve owed it. It does not come with old plastic cover you will need to buy a screen protector.

it came down for me between this one and another case. price wasn't a factor, just liked the looks of the other case. wish I had other choices than black when I bought this case.

Only always used lifeproof - was awesome with my old iPhone6. However, the model for the iPhone 10s greatly affects the camera. You loose the clarify and crispness...

My phone is super protective now, it’s almost unbreakable dropped it multiple times but still no problems

The only one I like better is the Rokform Fuzion Pro, which is great for heavier duty purposes (like attaching to motorcycle handlebars). But the Otterbox is a better value if you don't need the heavy duty solution.

Very sleek and sturdy. I’m nervous that there is no screen protection but so far no issues. I like that the sound isn’t muffled like on the lifeproof case.
