By any chance, are you using this case in conjunction with a screen protector that isn't made by OtterBox? Poor, bulky case

I owned the phone for a month or so. The phone never even dropped. Buy Lifeproof instead (note: otterbox owns Lifeproof)

Better than Predecessor
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had the iPhone X and the Pursuit for it since day 2. The old Pursuit was difficult to get on the phone (as are most OtterBox cases). The mute toggle was particularly difficult on the previous version. This version has an open design for the mute toggle, making the application to the phone a bit simpler. The bottom design is better, too, in that the trap door that covers the lightning port (which I only ever used to sync my phone due to excessive dust buildup and frequent access to wireless charging) opens to the back, rather than to the side, and is smaller. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the case thus far. I will update my review in a few days if anything changes. Of particular note for those who like to protect their phones completely - I have a Zagg InvisibleShield Glass HD+ (whatever the top of the line one is) and unless you install it perfectly, and I mean to the nanometer, it will have issues with this case. I recommend paying the $15 or however much it is at Best Buy to have Geek Squad or their mobile department apply the shield and the case so that if it does get messed up, you can get them to reapply or apply a new one, without having to wait for Zagg to fulfill their lifetime warranty (and pay $5 shipping in the process).

Very fragile
