We apologize that this Pursuit series emerged from a drastic drop with some damage! Our cases are not necessarily designed to be indestructible so much as they are intended to absorb the brunt of any impacts that would otherwise jeopardize your phone. So as long as that Galaxy S9+ is doing okay, we're still going to call this a win!
