My teenager drop his phone a lot and this has really protected it

I absolutely love this phone case. I have been buying Otter Box cases for years. I will say the price almost scared me away but it was worth it. Unlike other cases I have had this one seems to protect the speakers from getting dust and the charging port cover at all times.

it works very well for protection but I think it's over priced

I like everything about this case the size the weight and the look. But the only downside is all the buttons are hard to press and the charger port cover is very hard to open I even chipped off the rubber trying to do so. You could remove it but then it creates a hole in the case.

This case is durable and not too bulky, also has a good feel to it

Good case very sleek looks sophisticated and professional

Aesthetically I like this case compared to the other lines of otterbox cases. More sleek, ports that make the speakers face the front, and a charging port cover. This is the only reason I’m giving it a 2 because aesthetically it’s exactly what I wanted. The flaw is either the material the outside sleeve is made out of, or just the design of the charging port cover. Bought a brand new phone and purchased this case, by the third charge I noticed the little square you put your nail in to pull the cover off the charger port had started to rip. Now a full month later and I can barely get the cover open due to the hole tore in the cover. Not worth the money spent to wear that bad within such short amount of time.

This is a Good case. Fits the phone and looks good.

Sturdy and slim only had two weeks dropped a few times and the phone is working fine no scratches.Listening to the speaker while case is on doesn’t affect use at all nor does talking on speakerphone.

Is the best cover for iPhone. My reason for 5 stars is that the quality of Best Buy's is on another level. I have other cover but like this none. In general, I am happy with the purchase.

This case is a beast! It protects like any Life Proof would, but without they annoying screen protector that muffles the phone up. Obviously you lose the water resistance with that trade off. It shouldn’t cost the same as life proof though! That’s why the 4 stars.

My 12 year old kept breaking her screen with other covers. This one has broken her record. She has dropped it several times, but her phone is still as good as new.

I love this case. It has 2 features most cases don’t have that make it unique. It has a wrist strap. It moves the sound from the bottom to the front of the phone.

I was a long time Sprint user but their coverage never improved. We made the move to the new iPhone XS and XMax. The coverage is great and the phone is amazing!

I only buy otter box. As I lease my phone, it’s so nice to return a mint condition phone when it’s time to exchange models.

Really makes me feel like my phone investment is iron clad. Feels good in my hand - less apt to slip like another surfaced cases. Sleek design.

I purchased this case due to my other case covering the sensor on my phone causing the screen to go black. So far no issues with the screen
