This product looks great in the box but once you get it out you realize how over priced it is. The screen protector is made of cheap plastic that easily becomes smudged. My case was cracked when I tried to report it I never heard back.

I repurchase this case for my boyfriend in construction. The case does a great job at protecting the phone but the case takes a beating and needs to be replaced about twice a year.

Standing on a roof having just answered a call, phone slipped out of my hand and landed 12' down on the customers deck. NO scratches, no damage!

I drop my phone with way too often. So when I got a smartphone this one was recommended to me. This has saved my phone at least 5 times a week.

This is an excellent device, this is the third one of it's kind that I have purchased. Very dependable company and they stand by their products.

Really takes a beating and keeps the phone safe. Does not affect the operation and stays secure to the belt clip until you need it.

I would say the case is ok. It keeps everything together and keeps it from breaking if dropped. The rubber part of the case started coming apart pretty quickly though.

What's the point of this case? No point in having a smartphone after putting it in this unmanageble case. Way to bulky too hard to open and interferes with every aspect of operation.

my changeover to my new samsung phone went very well. the associate that handled my purchase was very knowledgable and had few problems.

I have bought less expensive versions of cell phone covers, to only have them break. This product is much better quality.

Very good case, just like every other thick case it sometimes seems like it covers the speaker you speak into but overall it's a good case. Nothing really to complain about.

I've had many otterboxes for many different type phones. This is not their best case I've had very very cheaply made the plastic doesnt click together well. Doesn't cover the home button of my galaxy like it does for iPhone either, and the hole in the plastic for access to the home button Is very crooked making it look very cheap. I have Used otterboxes for a long and a little disappointed in the defender these days would have liked to see better quality for 50$ unfortunately not many cases to choose from unless you go to life proof or to otterboxes waterproof case which is the only reason I'm putting would recommend to friend

Just brought hubby up to 21st century with his new phone, he loves it and I am so happy to see he is getting the most out of it!

I have had ottorbox cases in the past and did not like them. They finally have a nice product that works well with my Samsung S5.

Good solid case. I like the fact that its compact and can fit anywhere without being uncomfortable in the pocket.

I really thought this case will be bulky as it was on my previous devices but for the S5, it's not. I am quite surprised.

I have been using DEFENDER series Otter Boxes since I can remember. They continuously save my phone from frequent drops.

Case provides protection that I need for my phone. The only issue that I have is that sometimes the volume control buttons are hard to push with the case on.
