Bought this to replace my daughter's old broken phone case. This case is durable and has a lifetime warranty. She loves it. I love it. The phone is still in tact!

I love the OtterBox I get on to everyone who does not have one on their phone I think it is the best thing ever for a phone expecially if you have kids you work you are clumsy it totally protects your phone 100 percent of the time all my phones at 3 or 4 years old still look brand new because I've had an otterbox on it So does my galaxy tablet

I work at a daycare and durability was very important. I can carry my phone at work and outside on the playground without worries.

I recently purchased a new phone because I dropped and was left with a splattered phone. This time around, I decided to take preventive action and get an otter box. This case was recommended to me by an associate; they went over all the features and comparing the effectiveness of this particular case with all the different options available. I was afraid it would bulk up my phone, but it's reall not that much of a noticeable difference and I am sure my expensive investment is much more protected.

Bought this case for my new Samsung Galaxy 5s. Had a cheaper model for my Samsung Galaxy 4s and screen still got cracked. This one is much more protective than my last one and offers more peace of mind.

I have tried some other cases like the I-blason armorbox and the tech 21, but by anyway you look at it, this case feels better, protects better, and all around is just a great way of protecting your $600 phone

Protect my phone just the way it should. Bought my phone out right as to have no contract and I trust that it is safe in this case if I were to drop it.

When I bought my phone, I wanted to protect it and make my investment last, so I bought this and a screen protector (extra layer of protection). This thing is like a tank, but it feels good in the hand (mine are small) with an easy grip. The screen cover on it sticks to the phone screen, but it doesn't bother me. You can take it off if you want. I got the gray and white and like the look. It does make a big phone bigger, but I already made that leap by getting a bigger phone. I like it.

Love the color of this case and its super durable. Absolutely love otter-boxes phone cases, have always used one. The only downside is that the pink gets dirty really easy but other than that its a great case.

I had purchased a "cute" case for my new S5 phone. It offered no protection whatsoever and the cutouts didn't even come close to lining up. It only took two weeks for me to be on the hunt for a nice case. This case not only protects my new phone but is very easy to handle. It is very comfortable to hold on to. Nice opening when it's time to recharge and the other tabs line up perfectly. In the future, when shopping for a phone case, I will stick with the Otterbox from Best Buy.

Quick Story: I purchased the Samsung flip case and Zagg glass shield upon purchasing my GS5. Well the phone fell on its face the ZAGG glass protected the phone but I knew then I needed that OTTERBOX LOL. So I immediately took the flip case back to get the Otterbox and yes me and my kid dropped the phone again. Needless to say, I am confident in Otterbox and my phone is fully functional, dent free, and protected. Plus I like how the design of the cases are not as bulky anymore.

very good fit and very good protection for my phone

This is probably one of the best products to protect your phone on the market. After a few months however the silicone that surrounds the case begins to stretch and lose shape. After awhile you will have to either get a replacement or buy another one. This version however does seem to last longer than previous versions.

offers great sound protection and was honored price match..however, the fit is far from pecfect. It coversion the samsung logo on the s5 aND the home bottom fit is far from accurate. It makes it look like an aftermarket otterbox box case. The fit needs improvement. Otherwise the case is fairly slim for its size...

I walk to the gym everyday, on these walks i sometimes get caught up with my two kids and phone. i have dropped it multiple times. not a scratch on my actual phone. the case works very well.

The case is the classic sturdy Otterbox. It does make the fingerprint reader more difficult to use but not impossible. It's a very bright green.

This case takes a beating and you can hardly notice damage to the case. There is nothing effecting the phone and I always am able to resell my phones at top dollar when I am done with them.

Case is definitely bulky, but I know that it will protect my phone from any drops. For those that have had to replace their phones and pay the insurance, this will give you piece of mind.

The case is great for the money, it has a built in screen protector which most cases don't. My only problem with it, is the screen protector, when in the sun you cannot see the screen.
