After purchasing the iPhone 12 256gb phone for my son and I, I wanted to make sure they were protected. I knew Otterbox had a great reputation, and I asked the Best Buy associate which brand he recommended. “Otterbox all the way!” I spent $50 on this case as well as $25 for a Zagg screen cover, also recommended by the associate. Two days later, I dropped my phone about 2 feet into my kitchen table and the back glass shattered. It wasn’t a hard or long fall, and I couldn’t believe my back glass had shattered like it did. It was as if I didn’t have a case on at all. Upon reviewing the Otterbox warranty online, it appears it just protects the case. The case is intact, just useless! I’ve spent a lot of money with this company over the years, but never again. Don’t buy!
