That's strange because this Symmetry Series case was designed to work with the MagSafe charger seamlessly. that could be due to any of a few different factors, such as the particular platform being used and the specific placement of the Apple/Otter combo on it. In addition, you might find it helpful to reboot both your device and charger and also to check and see if there have been any firmware or operating system updates to either.

I had accidentally dropped my phone and the corner of the case cracked. Thank goodness, my phone was fine. However, I expected this case to last much longer than three months.

This was not the case here. I was ready to plunk down $900 + for an iPhone 12. I knew what I wanted and came to Best Buy to advise on Accessories and transfer information from my old phone to my new one and to make the connection with my service provider. First of all, although the website for this store said the iPhone was in stock, it was not! So I had to order it and come back. I also had to prove my identity to spend my money. Then to activate etc., I could have bought a new car car in the time it took to do this. Then I had to physically go to the Verizon store to trade in my old phone. Next time I am going straight to the Verizon Store to buy my iPad or iPhone. I am very disappointed with Best Buy. I won’t even start to tell you about the Geek Squad failure to transfer data from one computer to another. I still can’t find my medical files.

Additionally, it’s very difficult to put the phone inside the case because it’s a little too small. It will go in but if feels like he might do damage to your phone – not good! This is not the case with other colors in the Symmetry line. I now have the black version and it works well.

When installing a Symmetry Series case for iPhone 12/12 Pro/12 Pro Max/12 mini, we recommend starting with the upper right corner of the device (camera and power button corner). After that, the following 3 corners should pop on much easier. The same goes for the removal too.
