Too bulky. Hard to do it with one hand. Difficult to use it for Pay Pal or just turning the volume or phone on and off.

My biggest issue is the power button, it is hard to press and has no feedback which feels extremely awkward. Overall, had to return this case about 30min after buying it and getting the commuter case instead.

Dont expect 6 months of apple music

My problem is with redeeming apple music, apple TV that this product comes with. The subscriptions they gave me were half the time as advertised, and when I tried to resolve this they sent me to apple, who sent me back to best buy.

Causes voice break up during calls

It blocks part of the microphone which causes your voice to break up when speaking. I no longer have a case on my iPhone 12 to protect it. Very disappointed!

We assure you this is anything but normal. Have you tried turning off the "Noise Cancellation" setting in your iPhone? This will usually do the trick.
