Hard to get the iPhone in

It's hard to get the iPhone in. I assume that it's designed thia way in order to protect the content better. However, it doesn't feel like that when I try to get the iPhone from the bottom as it's very easy to flip the rubber part over. We'll see how things go in the future.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Symmetry Series case! The good news is, we have a helpful tip for easier installation of that OtterBox. We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse! Love the clear not the build quality

I've super glued it back together but it's falling apart quickly after a year a d have a second case now. Love the clarification but not the build quality.

We've had OtterBox before but this is not as friendly as our previous cases. Although clear it does mute the phone color some. Super tight fit and hard to get on and off. Once on does have good protection. Doesn't work with magnetic charger even though box says it should.

While that case allows the device to charge while on the MagSafe charger, it is not designed for optimal performance with MagSafe accessories. As for the fit of that case, we have a helpful tip for easier installation. We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move counterclockwise, and you should have an easier time installing the other three corners!
