I had a different type of phone cover and when I dropped it, It really did not protect my phone. I showed my nephew when I dropped it on purpose to show that he need to by one for his tablet.

Was ok but not needed for a black phone. Cooler on colored phone, as my fiancé got one for her pink s21. Also didn't like how much of a fingerprint magnet it was. Overall nice case but went with a flatter black color case with better grip textures.

I have dropped my cell phone so many times and this case has not cracked at all. Since its a clear case, its easy to display a sticker or photo underneath the case.

I'm not a pink person, but I'm very happy with this purchase. I feel like my phone is well protected.

I am happy with the phone accessories we purchased from Best Buy, they were fairly priced and are a real asset to my phone operations.

This is my first otterbox case and it is perfect. I love the color, the durability, and the anti microbial feature. My phone has fallen a few times and I have picked it up with no damage. Love this case!

Love this case. It adds sparkle to my violet new Samsung phone. Only use Otterbox on my phones and have never been disappointed.

Great case, but wrong one for my phone. Neither I nor the sales person noticed this was for the S21+ not the S21 which is what I needed. Returned without a problem and got the correct one.

I really want to love this and i do think it looks good when it is clean but this case let's in a ton of dust. Like others have stated, its like they tried to cheap out and use the same mold for the plus and the ultra. If this was a ten dollar case it would be whatever but otterbox needs to realize that if they want to charge 50 bucks it needs to be the best, and its not even close. Seems like otterbox is trying to just live off their name / reputation instead of innovating and making excellent products.

I WILL NEVER LEVE THE STORE WITH OUT A CASE. LAST TIME I DID THAT I DROPPED MY PHONE RIGHT AFTER I PURCHASE IT. PLUS THIS ONE IS SUPER CUTE...

The OtterBox is bulky. It is larger than other covers and harder for me to hold the phone. Also, that makes the Samsung Galaxy phone take up too much room in the purse. I do not like it....but I am using it as I don't want to purchase another one. Nancy Kaska

I wanted something to show off my brand new galaxy s21+ phantom violet(purple). I found that the sparkles/glitter covered up a bit too much of the nice back cover of my phone. I dropped my phone twice and no problem to my phone or case. Very sturdy.

The case is super sturdy and adorable. It has a good texture that helps me hold the phone and the edges keep the screen from touching the table when I set it face down.

This case is very durable, I drop my phone constantly and you can't even tell because of this case. Not to mention, the color is kinda cute too.

It was wonderful having someone help me that knew what he was talking about. The girl with Verizon was clueless. Next phone will be purchased at Best Buy!!

It's not too bulky and it's bendable. Because it's clear, you can still see the beautiful lavender color of the phone with the added sparkle of the cover.

Fisrt Otter Box.. so far has proven to be a good investment. Chase the Polaris Columbus location i buy all my phone needs from. He is really goodq

Love this case. Durable and borders/edges are well padded. Love the glitter sparkles on the purple backside of the phone. (S21+)

It works well for protection, but not completely transparent therefore cannot really see beauty of the phone with case, also the cae is bulkier than other cases i own.

Cute phone case for my new Violet color phone. It does not have a cover flap for the charger slot though. Only downfall.
