    I return the case the same day I received the order. Seems like it won’t protect my phone like outer box from pass

    Open Box Rather Than New

    I bought this case for my son who is very hard on phones. I have used Otterbox for ten years and have had great experiences. However, this case arrived in an open box. The case has no rubber lining, so I think it might be the cheaper Commuter model rather than the Symmetry. The case is entirely hard plastic. I can't return the item because I don't have time to wait at the store. Very disappointed...

    I made a change after almost 3 years of having it and bought this case because it was on sale, I ended up cracking the back of my iPhone 11 Pro device. So overall I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking to truly protect your device

    The case has protected my phone but this is the second time I’ve purchased and the discoloration is terrible and the case is cracked everywhere so yes it has protected my phone but this otter box does not last! The first one cracked within a few months of use as well.

    This has to be by far the worst case I have ever had! Number one every time I set it down if it is not a perfectly level surface it was slide off faster than a fat kid on a waterslide. Number 2 it is not protective at all the back cover broke with in two days of having it!

    Purchased this for my brand new iPhone 11 as a Christmas present...to find out on Christmas Day it is NOT compatible to the iPhone 11 as stated on the packaging and online. Now I have a cracked brand new iPhone that I will be taking back to Best Buy with this otter box case that is NOT compatible. So frustrating

    I purchased a Otterbox Symmetry for my new iPhone 11 on September 16, 2020. Last week I noticed one of the buttons was gone. I had my previous Otterbox for my old iPhone for six years with no problems. The new one didn't make it a month. And now Best Buy shows I can't return it.
