I have to say, I received my phone because my I phone 6 no longer worked properly. I set up time to go to the Geek Squad to transfer my phone information and it was worth every penny. He showed me the nuances of my phone and put the case and glass protector on for me, too!

Survived corner drops. Epic fail on flat back drop from below waist height. Hard shell case - no cushion. Darn. Functionally, difficult to take off. I suppose the tight fit could be celebrated, however, a clear case does need to be removed semi-frequently to clean the inside as eventually dust/debris will accumulate. The clear case also started to look old at six months. Next case will be a softer case that can cushion a fall and I'll stay away from clear.

As far as the yellowing and stretching goes, there are actually a few factors that can potentially cause something like this, but our Otter engineers work hard to keep such cosmetic complications at bay. If your phone took on a bit a damage while under the watch of your OtterBox, we can't extend our warranty to the device, as we aren't the manufacturer.
