To my amazement the case had a nice scratch on the right top edge on the back. This case is not cheap so I was not happy. I hate to have to go back to Best Buy to return because they are about 30 minutes away from where I live. Not happy at all.

You lost me and my family!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Recently my sister and I came in with a badly damaged iPhone and while I waited my turn with the Apple Rep., I was ignored 3 times when I was next in line. He was trying to land a big sale with a women who had no clue. No one came to back him up and 30 minutes turned in to 40. My wheelchair looks comfy for waiting, but it’s really not. The employee passed me off to someone else after he asked if I was insured - my money was good, and so was my insurance and still your store was prohibited from making a sale, honoring my insurance- and I was told I needed to go to an Apple Store over 100 miles awayAt one point three employees were bent into her view of her screen - three people couldn’t sort it out. Never again. Ever.

Just bought this case, my phone fell it shattered entire backside of my phone (not screen, the back, that was totally covered and SHOULD have been protected by their case!!!!! Hence point of buying otter box case that had so called ‘warranty’!!! However called otterbox and was told I’ll replace your case but too bad about your phone caz your phones made by Apple so we’re not responsible even thou you had our case on it and it didn’t do it’s job!!!! Our case that should have protected Your product it’s designed to protect, we won’t do anything about, but hey I’ll send you another crappy same case that your phone can break in. No thank you!!!!!

TOO SMALL

Not pro or pro max. iphone 11. which is what i have. I tried hard to get the phone in thinking maybe it was just a little tight since it is brand new. But after 5 minutes of trying to get the phone in, i came to the conclusion was just too small. It was also very scratched by the time i gave up.

Posted .We're sorry to hear you're feeling pretty disappointed with the Symmetry Series case, in that it only wraps around the sides and back of your iPhone. We like to leave the choice to the individual as to whether or not they'd want to use a screen protector, as many people prefer direct interaction with the display. But we do make several glass screen protectors that can be paired with the case for additional security.
