Most times it is a struggle to get the tiny bar. WiFi is solid. I read that this Otter box can impede reception. Did not know this! I had a stronger network before However customer support & service sucked! At least they were good for 25 years.

It has a good reputation and was recommended by the Best Buy salesman so I did not think this would happen. My old router was old and cheap and did almost as well.
