They made a situation that was miserable so much better. One issue I had was that I had to pay for a new screen because it was cracked and then the phone still didn’t work. I had to pay another fee for my phone to be replaced. Seems if you are an apple care provider, the phone should be determined faulty and I wouldn’t have to pay for the screen and the replacement. Would that happen at an apple store?
