If the OtterBox function buttons are a little stiff at first we suggest giving it a bit of time. Typically after a little use those buttons become more manageable. If, after a sort amount of time, those buttons are still giving you a hassle please call our friendly Otters at 1-855-688-7269. We will be happy to get you set up with a warranty replacement.
