Even so, it’s still in near-perfect condition because of this case. I first bought this case shortly after I bought my phone and it only recently had started yellowing and warping around the power and volume buttons. But again... 3 years. I bought this case again as a replacement and it’s working just as well as the first!

You're completely right. New cases require a period of consistent use to 'break things in.' The buttons on your case may be a little stubborn at first, but they should warm up after a couple of weeks. Better than the official Apple phone case

I got it to replace the official Apple phone case which unsurprisingly was overpriced and flimsier than I thought it'd be. This new case feels super durable and is easy to hold, even if it does make the phone feel a bit heavier.

I originally went with a case from another company that I’ve used for years. I wasn’t too comfortable with the fit of the case on my iPhone 7 so I looked for another clear case that would offer me “protection comfort”. The protection over the responsive buttons seem a little stiff, but I’m hoping it becomes easier to use over time and use. Overall, I’m happy with my choice.
