Mine has had prints and smudges since I opened the package. Also the edges are not as smooth as other otter box products. Disappointing

Overall good case one flaw

Button on the same designed speck case is much larger and preferred.

Not a good grip

I felt this one was a bit slick and that I would drop it. My phone holding hand isn’t strong. For the average person, I think you would be happy.

Nothing Special - Expensive

Too expensive

Durable but doesn’t fit correctly

While the side buttons on a fresh new case can be a little stiff at first, after a brief 'break-in' period, they should start to move more comfortably. Just give them a little time, and they should start to warm up to the job!
As for the headphones issue, we actually did not include an audio port on this specific case, since both of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 devices do not include an audio jack. Your phone should have come packaged with a 'dongle' - an adapter which allows you to plug in your headphones using the charging port. NO A GOOD CASE

It does not protect your phone at all, I bought it a few weeks ago for my wife's red iPhone and she dropped the phone on a flat surface (hardwood floor) and the screen cracked. I am probably going to get some thicker case. Don't waste your money on this case look for something better.

All around the inside edges looks dirty and rough. The back had small scratches already. I called Best Buy and they said I could bring it back to the store but it is an hour away and I work all the time and cannot make it during their store hours. I guess I’ll just have to keep it. Disappointing.
