Good Protection

The back of the case is hard plastic and the front "bumper" around the screen is a softer rubberized clear plastic, both are fused as one component. It seems to provide adequate protection to my iPhone 7 but the plastic on the back does show scratches over time and it requires a very firm button press to press through to activate the power button. The case is not completely translucent so it gives a frosted look to the phone.

Love the combo

The glass protects the front of the phone since this phone case does not have anything up front. Also, the case lets me show off the color of my phone. Only concern is that it is slippery and I have to be cautious.
