Disappointed with Otterbox

My phone got knocked off from my bedside table in the middle of the night (with the case completely in tact) and I woke up the next morning with a crack in my screen. While the case looks pretty, I am very disappointed in this product!

Difficult to work press the on off button

I was told the buttons (for volume, close screen) would soften up over time -- they never did. I just got tired of it and purchased a different brand at my Verizon store .. what a difference it makes!
