We apologize that this iPhone 7 Plus/8 Plus Symmetry series seems to be having trouble finding the perfect fit! This specific case was actually intentionally designed without a headphone port, since to our knowledge, neither the iPhone 7 Plus nor iPhone 8 Plus include an audio jack. Are you possibly using this case in conjunction with the iPhone 6 Plus? This would explain the headphone jack, as well as the misalignment with the side button.
