My phone cracked in the corner. I had to replace the screen!

Raised sharp edge scrapes ear. Worst case I've ever had. Calls have to be on speakerphone or held not touching ear. Weird how a popular name brand case maker made this case with an awfully uncomfortable top of the case. In addition, the back of the case scratches easily.

This case is called otter because it will slip out of your hand or off a table like one - if you value your phone do not get this case - plus to get the phone back out you almost feel like your going to snap the phone in half.

My phone was in the case, fell off the bathroom counter onto the bath mat next to sink and my screen cracked Really? It fell only 2.5 feet onto a thick mat/carpet. Not happy since this was about 35-40$

i had to purchase a new one because after a month, the clear rubber becomes yellowish.

Bought and not even 3 weeks later the pretty pink in now dirty and continually getting yucky.

The case makes it very very difficult to push the side buttons. I returned it the next day.

I've owned all types of cases for the iPhone, including other makes of otterbox. But, this case has to be by far the best iPhone case I've ever had. Easy to install on your phone and nice protection on the outside to protect from drops and scratches

OtterBox cases are known for great protection but with added weight and bulk. The Symmetry is lighter and slimmer than a typical OtterBox case. The best version has a solid black hardshell bonded over a flexible rubber inner liner. It offers better protection than the version with only a thin transparent back. Light color versions soon pick up stains. The back is smooth to make it easy to pull your phone out of your pocket. The sides have rubber for a secure grip and the rubber frame surrounding the screen lets you place your phone face down.

This is a really good case. It feels protective without being bulky, is lightweight and has the texture that will make it difficult to scratch. It's much better that I expected. My only complaint is that I wish it came in better colors. There should be a middle ground between boring red, black or navy and obnoxious colors that make your phone look like a child's toy.

I never worry when I have this otterbox on. It handles my everyday military life and its cute lol. Not as bulky as the defender.

Bought it because the price was right and it let the color of my iPhone show through. Was even more pleased when I threw my phone at my dog by accident (it was the only thing in my hand at the time) and apart from a few minor scratches on the case, the iPhone itself was unharmed

The case is excellent without the added bulk like the other otterbox cases and the color of my phone is able to shrine through instead of being covered up. It adds great drop protection without all the added bulk as well, it's a high recommendation for the iPhone 7

Purchased for my iPhone 7 and love the one piece slip-on feature. Great that it is durable construction for extra protection.

This case is great for protecting the iPhone it just doesn't have screen cover built but otherwise great value and case

Wife bought this phone case after getting tired of her older phone case. This phone case survived 3 drops since my wife has had her phone and is still working like a champ.

I really like this case because it is clear and allows the natural beauty of my Rose colored iphone to come through without being bulky.

I love the otter box covers, seem very sturdy and rugged. This new symmetry design seems slightly more slippery in my head than the regular ones though.
