When ever I had an issue with my previous otter box cases. All I had to do was contact them and they sent me a brand new case. All I had to do was pay shipping and receiving. A lot cheaper then buying a new case. Will always buy otter box for my phone cases.

I selected the burgundy color because I wanted something different and haven't seen anyone with this color before. The case fits good on my iPhone X and I have not had any issues with it so far. It also protects the phone very well.
