The case is a pain in the butt to install and remove. Took me a long time in the store to apply it to my new XS, I was worried I would bend the phone or rip the screen from the body. Upon installing it, I notice several large scratches on the back. It is very unlikely that my phone caused them, so possibly an issue with manufacturing or someone managing to scratch it. I also noticed that the cutout for the Do Not Disturb switch was not aligned properly, likely because this case is for both the X and XS. Annoying, considering the price for the case. With pocket lint, dust, etc, the openings for the camera, speakers, etc, get junk in them. When I attempted to remove the case to clean, it was a pain in the butt to remove it as well. I will be returning this case, since I bought another case that suits my needs, and which I was actually able to apply in a few seconds.
