I purchased this and within 1 month there was a crack in it. The "warranty" requires you pay for shipping and handling for manufacturer defects.

Would not fit my iPhone X! I felt I would have to warp my iPhone X just to have it fit into the case! Returned.

Every little scratch shows up and needs to be a $10 case. Otterbox should discontinue this transparent case.

This case is absolutely not worth $40. Even price matching at $27 it's too much. The case is an absolute pain to get in and out of so if you are the type that likes switching between cases, I would avoid for sure. The case allows way too much dirt in between the camera hole which will require cleaning every now and then. This is because the camera hole is too big so both the X and XS cameras can fit. For $40 this is not acceptable. You can get an Apple case that's made to measure for $40 or $50. The case does give protection but due to the back's design, it can be very slippery. It also scratched fairly easily and will likely look like crap within a year. I'm overall disappointed with the case and in retrospect should had gotten a Defender, commuter or even a speck case for my roughed case. I'm dissapointed because I feel like I wasted my money and will probably have to buy another roughed case.

I have really been enjoying this case. Not only is it pretty, it’s very protective! It’s very thin and light!

My psycho ex boyfriend threw my phone three times frustrated that I wouldn’t give him my password. It hit the floor hard and a wall a few times. Since this phone is glass on both sides I thought it was doomed. This person really tried to break my phone and to my amusement he couldn’t ha ha Ha ha ha thanks otter box

I was really excited to get this case as it seemed to be protective and looked nice and professional. However, when I tried to put the case on my phone, it would not fit and took at least 5 minutes to maneuver the phone to fit in the case which scared me as I thought it would scratch up my new phone. It also seems to collect dust inside it but I do not want to take off the case to clean because I would need to go through the struggle to put the case back on. The case also seems to be faintly yellow as I've had it for a few months now. Unfortunately, since I've had it for a few months, it is passed my return date, but while this case looks okay, I probably would not recommend it.

I have been using Otterbox cases for my iPhones for years and think they do a great job of protecting them. In particular I like the Symmetry because it is the thinnest, but still provides good protection. One tuff case.

Ive never been a huge fan of Otterbox, too bulky for my taste, BUT this case changed my mind. It’s sleek, your phone doesn’t slip out of your hand and the case fits like a glove! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s nearly impossible for me to remove it! That’s annoying but not a deal breaker!

I love this case. I've dropped my phone countless times; on it's back, sides, face down, and from various heights. I am an active dad with 2 boys and also work in an office. This case covers my lifestyle all the way. I managed to semi fling my iPhone X in the commuter series in the airport parking lot and my screen instantly shattered. I think the extremely tight fit on the Symmetry series helps with impact damage. The TPU sleeve on the Commuter series fits too loosely and you can easily peel it away from the phone. Just think about the consequences on a hard drop. Love this case!

Wanted a quality case that wasn’t bulky. This one does it!

It protects my phone well but idk if it’s the clear case that sucks the first one turned yellow the second one split open on the outer lining. That part also changed color the case it not even a year old.

Had this case for a year. Case is functionally durable and the glitter is great. However the clear case turned a bit yellow with time so buyer beware

I really love this case, but I have only had it for a couple of days and the back has gotten a handful of scratches already. I wish the store would have had a newer looking one in stock when was purchasing but I did not want to leave the store without a case. Really wish I had one that was not scratched up so I could enjoy it from new.

Was great initially however the silicone part stretches out after less than a year. Very durable at first !
