This product was not up to par. It looked great but did not protect my phone. The case is still intact but my phone is not, the back has a spiderweb of cracks which I can see beneath the case.

After just a couple of weeks the case has turned light see through yellow, and I dropped it less than 4ft high, and my screen cracked.

We test the Symmetry extensively to ensure that it meets our high standards of protection, but unfortunately, every drop is subject to a multitude of different variables, some of which are simply beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee that all exposure to risk is eliminated through the use of our cases.
Although our warranty does not extend to the Apple device itself, we would very much like to send you a brand-new OtterBox so that you can get a chance at a fresh start once that screen has been repaired. Case came scratched, yellow, and stained

I usually don't spend a lot on cases, but I got a new phone and was excited so decided to buy my first OtterBox- and this one looked so cute. The one that was sent to me today had already turned VERY yellow, had scratches on three of the four corners and the back has scratches all over it. There are also stains on the back, so no one even bothered trying to clean it off before resale. Also, I would like to note- I did not purchase this product "used" and expected a new case.

Broken phone

Shattered the back of the phone with otter box on and glass cover on front of phone. No insurance so 400.00 to replace. Next time I’ll get apple care plus! Otter Box replaced the case with a Defender Series which is much more durable. The clear cases look nice but not protective enough for the iPhone XR since it is glass in the back.

Not the best case!

My daughter dropped her phone from a mere 2 feet off the ground and the back screen of her iPhone cracked this case did not do its job in protecting her phone at all!! Also the case turns yellow in a very short time. Even with insurance it is going to cost me $100 to fix/replace phone due to this crack!!! NOT HAPPY!

Not very good

I returned it and got a 2nd one and had the exact same issue. I ended up returning it for a different case all together. Wonder if it is something with that particular line of clear cases.
